Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i am 29 yrs old. i have no job or car or any other means to support myself. i am however a full time student in college. i lilve with my mom. long story short, she wants to kick me out of her house today and she said that she is also going to fill a restraining order against me. at most we argue. never fight physically. what can i do to prevent her from kicking me out with no where to go? and if i cant prevent her from doing that, is there a way to "extend" my stay here till i find a place? any help will be great. im gonna have to submit this as a free question as for i am broke :( pls help if u can.

she has no duty to support you. Once you reached 18 years of age or graduated high school, that duty ended, She can evict you. She just can not change the locks. Sh has to file a forcible entry and detainer against you. Where you may live is your problem, You are an adult in the eyes of the law. .
