You need an attorney in Illinois. The child's home

state is where she has lived for the past six months.

It appears no one has any contact with California

since the divorce. Also, your ex-wife will need your

signature to have her new husband adopt your

daughter. However, you should contact an

Illinois attorney to establish visitation.

Good luck.
