children visiting non custodial parent for christmas break

If there was an agreed upon day the kids were to be returned, but weve not heard from them since they left, how long do we have to wait to call police.

If it was an agreed order from the court that was violated, then you can go anytime. If it was a simple verbal agreement, you have to go to court and get an order.
