custody

have a paramore with 13 yr.old but didn't sign birth cert. amI legally father ? if not how do I become father legally?

You need to file a Petition To Establish Parentage. It involves establishing you are the father through testimony, or DNA if the mother contests it. This can all be done over the objection of the mother.
