if a divorce was granted under false information such as not knowing where someone was when they actually knew where they were could a divorce be overturned

Depends on the conditions. From what you are describing, it looks like the answer is no. The better question is why do you want the divorce overturned?

What would be the point? You would get the first divorce overturned, and then the person would simply serve you and get a divorce all over. I recommend moving on. In IL, if one person wants a divorce, it happens.

If the person is that determined to get a divorce it will be granted. What you would want to look into is if a property division was ever determined. THAT would be what you would want overturned. You should consult an attorney about this asap if there was an unfair property division.
