I obviously need a lot more information to consider your situation. Give us a call. Spousal support is generally available when the two spouses have very imbalanced incomes and often times one parent has pursued professional acheivement while the other parent has stayed home with the children hurting her/his professional prospects and income level. That is the scenario where spousal support is most common. I'd like to hear more about your situation. Best regards.
