Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

family practice

i have many questions

i've lived with a lady for 14 years, 2 years in a home which i purchased IN MY NAME ONLY. we are splitting(we never married)

does she have rights to my home?

how do we divide responsibility of medical bills for children(i carry health insurance for all) when bills are ABOVE what the insurance covers.

is common law marriage enforcable in this state?

how can i have her removed from the home?

how about set child custody(children stay where for what length of time, etc)

she claimes all 4 kids on 2008 taxes while living under my roof.

what recourse do i have against this?(we usually file 2-2)

Re: family practice

She does not have rights to the home

Normally you two split medical bills

no common law in IL

eviction process to remove her from the home

you need a court order to force the IRS exemption to change

She can get palimony (since she was in a relationship for some time)

Think about getting an attorney. This may be complicated.
