Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Me and my fianc had a baby about a year and a half ago. We started fighting and now she won't let me see my daughter. She's now telling me that I'm not the father, and she won't let me see her. She has even blocked me of any contact. I'm also not on the birth certificate because she thought it might be another persons. What steps should I take?

The only step you can take is to sue her, seeking a determination that you are the father. You must be prepared to submit to a DNA test. If you pass the test, the court will order you to pay support and will order visitation, unless there is some basis for denying you visitation.
