Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Filing for divorce from an inmate

Is it easier to get a divorce if spouse is in jail, no property to split. We do have a son together but not interested in fighting child support at this time. My first goal is to get divorced. Money is tight, how much can i expect to pay for this and can he contest this just to prolong it and to add to my expenses?
