Guardianship

I want to take legal Guardianship of my 14 year old sister. What are the procedures I have to follow?

Hello and Happy New Year. You can adopt your sister or open a minor's estate and ask the court to declare you as your sister's guardian. This

is quite a process and I suggests you get the services of a lawyer. Will be
