Injury and Settlement After Divorce

I have paid child support to my ex-husband for the past 3 years. I was injured in Oct. 06 and have not been able to return to work since Feb 07. A WC claim was filed. If I should receive a settlement for my claim, is my ex-husband entitled to any portion of it?

You should modify your child support order since your ttd is less than your income. Secondly, not in theory. However, if you get a settlement and a child support arrears has been calculated he could attach the bank account that you deposit the settlement in.
