Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have joint custody of my 7 year old daughter. My divorce was over four years ago, and her father is in the Air Force which is deployed right now. He lives in CA and I live in IL but thinking about moving to AZ. The thing is that I want to move out there with my cousin that I am in love with. I worried when he finds out he could make this an issue.
