Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm not sure what kind of lawyer I will need but here is the story. My sister's boyfriend just got charged with murdering my nephew. Before we knew he did this his family buried my nephew in a cemetary with their other family members. Of all things we find out that he is buried on top of another mans grave. My nephew was only three months old. Is there anything I can do about this?

You may or may not have standing for this. Your sister does, and could have the body removed and buried elsewhere.
