my husband left on a Sat morning took all his possessions and relocated to another location with our minor child. Is that legal?

Next he goes to court and asks for a civil order of protection for himself and my daughter against me with no facts. is that legal?

Next, he brings her back to the family home numerous during the order of protection, brings her to the family home. Is that legal?

You need to speak with a family law quickly. If you allow him to leave the marital home with the child, he is more likely to win custody. Time is of the essence.
