Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

marriage

I live in illinois where it is not legal to marriage my cousin in my situation. However, if I were to go to another state where it is legal and come back, would illinois accept it?

Re: marriage

No. Because you are marrying in another state to avoid the prohibition in IL of marrying a close family member. If you move to a state that allows such marriages (most of the southern states do I presume), and later move back to Illinois, the marriage will be valid.
