Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

We were married in India.I was on H4 visa,My huband was very abusive so I filed for divorce in Bloomigton court Illinois on 17th May 2013.I had to come back to India as my mother had heart attack & was hospitalized.Our lawers were trying for out of court settlement.We both are Indian citizen.I want to withdraw the case from Bloomington court,as I am unable to go back to USA due to financial reasons. Now my question is -to whoom I should adress the application for withdrawl?

Do you have a lawyer handling the divorce for you? If so, then you need to tell your lawyer you want to dismiss the case.
