If what you are saying is that you have presented a settlement agreement to your husband, which he has signed, but is now backing out and is asking for you to sign his proposal, then it appears if your signed agrrement has not been entered in court as an order, then no agreement has been reached and there is nothing to enforce. If you meant to say something different please clarify and resubmit your question.
