Re: Personal Property

If you have not received an order from the court prohibiting removal of your property, you may take your personal property or other property which belongs to you. As part of the dissolution, it will be required to identify and value marital property, that property belonging to both parties which is to be divided by the court or by agreement of the parties. But until that division occurs, you have as much right to control or manage the property as the other party.
