Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my question is i have a child custody case with my x that is currently in the courts, in this case there is a assigned gal an order of protection an i have current custody my x wants me to say that we are together an have no child support ordered if we do this he will get his gal fee back an not have to pay 45 dollars a week in support he also want to have a visitation schedule made still we are not toghther in reality he just wants me to say we are ,something dosent feel right about this is the judge going to dismiss the case becuase we are saying we are toghther an can there be a visitation schedule be made if we do this

If you are not together, you would be committing perjury - not wise. He is just trying to get out of paying support to you.
