Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Recently I found out my ex wife he heritage twice in the last few years. I didn't know the testaments where written before we got divorced, she never disclosed any information in court regarding this , my question is can I take her back to court for half the amount she got?

First of all inherited property is non-marital property for which you have no claim. If she inherited it after the divorce, the fact that the third person's wills were written before the divorce is not relevant. They had the right to change their wills at any time. And if the money was inherited after the divorce you have no claim whatsoever.
