Retirement
Illinois State Police Retirement - Will be divorced 5 yrs January 2002. If I re-marry, do I lose my half of retirement? In the process of being seperated, so
when my ex does retire, I receive payment directly from the state. Nothing in divorce papers states I would lose retirement if I re-marry. Just checking.
