Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My rights as a mother

My ex husband moved out of state to get away from a girlfriend that has a drug problem and who he started doing drugs with, and for the time being they are both clean, for now.. Now he says he's moving back and going to be living with her.. I have always let him see his son, have never denied him, but I am very uncomfortable with the situation as a mother and being the only parent for months what rights do I have, can I keep my son out of that situation
