Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex wife as received disability payments of $950/month from 9/07-12/12. My passport renewal was denied because the state of IL claims I am in arrears. How do I get the payments applied as an offset?

Are the payments as a result of your dianility or hers. If she is receiving money, it is child support, not disability payments. is the case you need to file a motion asking for that relief from the court.
