Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois

Leave of Absence
Would I be able to take the Emergency Family Leave Act if I cannot afford daycare for my children while they are out of school for the summer months, June, July and August. I am a single-parent and cannot afford daycare. My children are ages 8 and 9.

No. the leave (FMLA) isonly for serious medical illness.
