Re: alias summons

If a summons is returned without being served upon any or all of the defendants, the Court, upon the demand of the plaintiff, may issue an "alias" summons in the same form as the original to re-attempt service on a defendant. An alias summons may only be issued by leave (permission) of the court. Hope this helps, you can always contact me via email with additional questions.

The above is not to be deemed as legal advice.
