Damaged Property
Two minor boys vandalized some property of mine,while tresspassing on my property, the police were notified,and the parents were forced to pay for the item. they are now sueing me for the damaged item that I have replaced. Do they have a right to the damaged item?

They may. If they replaced the item, then you may be unjustly enriched if you can keep both the damaged item and the replacement. In similar situations with insurers, the insurer gets to keep the totalled car it replaces.
