getting someone out of the house I rent

I am a co-signer on a lease of a rental house. I pay the total rent, electric, gas so on. I pay all thesebills by check out of my checking account and all the ulilities or any thing assosiated with this house is in my name. But the rental lease is in my and my boyfriends name. I want him to move-out but he refuses and I finacially cannot afford to move. Is there some way I can legaly make him move-out.

Not legally, no. Unless he's hitting you or something like that.
