Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Motion to file regarding date of case and Attorney to ProSe communication.

I need to know what motion or demand I can file that will have the Judge give an order that the Plaintiff's attorney communicate with ProSe defense (myself) regarding continuations, orders, etc...

I'm getting orders in the mail that say ''both parties agreed'' on appearance dates and what not, and I have had no communication on such an order. I know nothing about it.

I would like to be able to file something that requires them to at least ask me.

Thanks.

It sounds like the other attorney is making a misrepresentation to the court. You may want to file a motion to reset the hearing and state as your basis, that you did not agree to that date. You also may want to send a certrified letter to the opposing counsel asking that he provide you with copies of all pleadings in conformance with the Supreme Court Rules.

Good luck.
