Completing FMLA papers for a medical office

What is the legal required time limit that a medical facility, etc. has in completing of the Family Medical Leave Act paperwork in which a patient turns in?

There is no set time limit only that the time be "reasonable". Be advised that any undue delay can affect a patient's ability to get approval for FMLA. Should there be a negative result b/c the delay was unreasonable, the patient could claim wrongful denial of/access to copies of her medical records. Also check out Department of Labor WH-380 -- it only takes 20 minutes to complete.
