How do I find a attorney, or legal rights as a U.S. citizen against a Switzerland based company. I have paid tution fees to a robert kennedy univ.of zurich,switzerland, and the orginal application stated they were associate members,and candidates for accreditation. Now the Univ.had withdrew its accreditation process, and refuses to pay back the tution or a portion, know the studies will be useless in the U.S. thank you

If the company does business here or if the matter arose out of some act on the part of the company here you may be able to sue in this ocuntry. It might be necessary thereafter to enforce the judgment in Switzerland. You should contact an attorney here who has knowledge and experience of international law.
