is it legal to force a minor to go to their divorced parents house when their parent has remarried and their new spouse intimidates the minor?

This is a custody issue. The court usually analyzes these under a "best interests of the child" test. If the new spouse presents some serious issues, these need to be brought to the attention of the court or the child representative in the case.
