I would like to know if there is a law that gives an apartment complax can tell you,you cant display the usa flag on your apartment doors or windows.Isnt it my contsutional right to display my flag,its been on my window since 9-11-2001....because our people are at war irac....

Check your lease. If there is a provision in your lease that says nothing is to be displayed in the windows, then you must adhere to it. However, exceptions are often made for the diplay of the American flag, but do you really want to get evicted and then sue the landlord just to make your point?

And I'm not familiar with any right conferred under the Constitution that guarantees you the right to display a flag.
