Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Eviction Exception Waviers Or Considerations
Is there any law which gives me any right to a wavier or reconsideration from the court in an eviction case based on my inability to work due to illness or disability?

Not that I am aware of. If you are not paying your rent then you are not entitled to live in the apartment. However, most judges will give you additional time to move out if you have a disability. When I say additional time that usually is only 14 days or at the absolute most 21 days. If you illiness/disability is short term perhaps you can reach an agreement with the landlord.
