Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

My HOA is denied us access to our pool for no valid reason and sends us frivous warnings a 2 or 3 times a year. What can I do to stop this?

Ask either the HOA management company or an HOA officer why they're doing this. You should be able to do this at an open board meeting or annual owner's budget meeting. Or you can try asking one of them now. If they don't answer, you may be able to ask the association's legal counsel; it may help for you to have an attorney do this for you. It may require review of the declaration, bylaws, and rules.
