I,rent a room in a persons private home.she suspects me of doing drugs outsid her property with with friends.can she make me take a drug test

No, unless you agreed to such a thing in your lease. Which would be weird. Keep in mind that if you do not have a written lease, but have an oral month to month (or week to week), she could terminate the lease with proper notice.
