Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

My lease says I suppose to have a full size bed. but I am sleeping on a run down twin with springs coming out of it The landlord told me the lease says if applicable he would provide a full size bed. So therefore he does not have to provide one.

First, a "full" and "twin" are really the same size for all intents and purposes. But more importantly, the landlord says "if applicable" so there must be something in the lease that makes his obligation less than absolute. You should have an attorney review the lease.
