Hello,

my neighbors upstairs by court order had to move on May 31 but they still didn't. Association lawyer starts eviction processing. How long it takes to evict violators? And is this matter they have a kids?

Evictions, now called Forcible Entry and Detainer, are expedited matters usually expected to take 30 days or less, depending upon the county in which the property is situated. Yes, courts take into consideration the difficulty of finding a place to live when a tenant has children.
