THREE PEOPLE ON AN APARTMENT LEASE---ONE IS NOT PAYING--ARE THE OTHER TWO RESPONSIBLE AND IS THERE A WAY TO GO AFTER THE NON PAYING TENANT?

All three of you agreed to be jointly responsible for the payment of the rent, so Yes, the other two have to make up the portion owed by the non-paying roommate. You can sue the roommate in small claims court for his/her share.
