Can i sue for money back that i gave someone if i dont have there name on the money order receipt?

Yes it's just that proving you gave them the money as a loan may be a bit more difficult; but the law at least presumes that money given to an unrelated party is a loan rather than a gift. However, a presumption can be overcome if there was a relationship (such as the parties being engaged to be married....).
