Eye implants

The eye doctor removed my cataracts and replaced the lens. But the lens are to small and now I see things all screwed up. What to do?

Re: Eye implants

You should get yourself to your doctor and explain to him what has happened. You may also want to get a second opinion as to whatever course of action your original doctor may prescribe. If the way you feel is normal, that is to say, that there may be some operational risk to what was done to you, you may not have much of a legal ground to stand on. The key is to see whether the original doctor's care followed the standard practiced in this community. Without having the record looked at by an independent doctor, there is really no way of saying whether there has been malpractice.

Good luck
