Re: medical concern

Maybe. It depends on when you found out there was negligence committed. We have to review your medical records, and examine the facts surrounding your hospitalization in order to be able to say whether you have a case or not.

What has led you to believe that the hospitalization was due to a doctor's negligence? Has another doctor told you this? Or is that your personal opinion?

Med Mal cases depend on so many factors that it is simply impossible to give you an intelligent and thorough answer without taking a look at your file.

Contact me if you want my office to evaluate your case. Evaluation and consultation is free.

I hope this helps,
