Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Illness from Food Chain

Recieved food from major fast food chain, started eating and a few more bites and noticed maggots in my meat. Juvenile with me vomitted and I felt very ill myself but never vomitted. Complained to management and they offered money back for order. I am worried about linguring illness and now have a fear of eating fast food without nearly destroying food for inspection.(lack of trust)Do I have any recourse with food chain for what seems to be a fobia now?

Re: Illness from Food Chain

If you can document 1) the food maggots and 2) the mental and psychological injuries you have suffered, you then have a case. You have to know that the mental injury must be documented by an accredited psychologist with at least a Phd who can tell us that you have indeed suffered some sort of a long term mental damage... If you can get that in witting (not promises, or words, but in WRITING) then I can help you collect. Otherwise you are wasting your time.

I hope this helps,
