If my lawyer isn't telling me about my case, like he said he was what should I do?

Send him a certified letter asking him to call you with an upate or to make an appointment. If an email will do for you in terms of hearing from him, you can tell him in you certified letter that he can email you with an update but that you would like to hear from him by ( and give him a reasonable amount of time). If you still do not hear from him, you have an absolute right to discharge him as your attorney. Good luck
