Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

paxil

I was taking paxil for about 7 years during which I had two miscarriages and two live births, one of which was premature. I have since stopped taking the medication, but now I am concerned about it's possible side effects. My doctors told me there was a very minimal risk, now the information seems to have changed. Should I hire a lawyer?

You may want to hire counsel to at least investigate this for you. You will need to obtain your medical and mental health records and all of the medical records for the miscarriages as well as the births, including the records from the pediatrician for care provided to the two live children after birth.
