Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Rear Ended By A Canadian Commercial Vehicle

This case has been dragging on for well over a year. Our attorney in Chicago has promised to resolve this cut and dried case ''any time now''.

Our attorney is slow to return calls and vague on the particulars of this case.

How can I get this guy to go to work for me?

Re: Rear Ended By A Canadian Commercial Vehicle

I suggest that you send him a certified letter outlining your efforts to contact him and asking him for a progress report within a set period of time. If you still do not have results, then fire him. You have an absolute right to do so.
