Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I became sick at my workplace when there was sewage that was not cleaned up. ER doctors won't say that my symptoms were from the sewage, saying it could be from anything. No workmen's comp will be given to me per my employer, so now I am liable for the bill. What are my legal options?

Your options are to pay the bill, or try to find counsel who would be willing to take your case and file a workers compensation claim on your behalf.

Based on what you say, if the ER doctor is not saying that your illness was related to sewage at work, you simply don't have case. You have to pay for your medical bills. Without an expert opinion regarding the relationship of the illness to your work, I do not see how you a WC claim can survive.
