Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I was visiting my elderly mother in the hospitol, and she was unable to walk to the bathroom so i picked up the portable potty and just as I did someone else's urin spilt out on my face, and body, the lid had a cleaned sticker on it with the date. Do I have a lawsuit?
