Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
In 2007 I bought a 2nd deeded property when my father passed. I received a letter from that the Cemetery is filing bankruptcy. What do I need to do to make sure the money I paid is returned or that I still own the property once they finish with their bankruptcy.
