Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

My basement has flooded at least 3 times, I have been through 2 furnaces and water heaters. One of the side walls going into the basements finally collapsed. It has been atleast a month and hasn't been fixed. Plus I have not had hot water or central air for over a month. I have tried to help out as much as I can, but I have been diagnosed with MS since 98 and have been disabled for at least 6 years. What are my rights? What can I do? I need a place to live.

If you are renting, your landlord should make these repairs. If you own this house, you would need to pay for the repairs. If you cannot afford to make these repairs, you might try to find out if there any grant programs in your area. In this area there is an agency called Project Now which assists in certain cases which might be similar to your situation.
