You have to look to the individual contract - there are no unequivocal rights to cancel.

There's never a universal right to cancel. Most contracts provide a 5-Day "attorney review" period that usually allows a buyer to get out of a contract for reasons other than price. What's your reason for wanting to get out of the deal?
